- morkzgFine bubbles when poured, like effervescence. Very juicy, with lots of green aromas. White grape, melon, pear, blueberries, overripe strawberries and whipped cream. Fresh, fruity, juicy, bright, but not thick. The palate continues with faint apple and pear notes, but is much more light and clean than the nose would suggest. Hints of rice flour. Acidity is refreshing, with a tingly faint umami at the end. Flavourful yet not heavy, this is dangerously easy drinking. 4.5/5, could do with +1% ABV.
