- morkzgSoft and smooth dairy aromas are very prominent in this ginjo. Lots of notes of fresh cheese and cream, backed up by hints of green banana, almonds, and nectarines. The palate continues this very soft and smooth profile, with a slightly nutty flavour among the dairy notes, and a creamy texture. Acidity is low, but there is a notable astringency to the end. I quite like this. Unassuming but very well done. 4/5
