- morkzgLight, creamy, with dairy notes and hints of fruit on the nose, featuring bananas, milk, fresh cheese. Faint aromas of fresh nuts. Very light and clean on the palate. Almost none of the fruit of the nose, with little cream. Mostly rice, some dairy and lactic acid. The dairy notes return towards the end with rich milk, nuts, and umami. Finish is long and a little sour. Quite interesting for a junmai ginjo. 3.5/5
