Delicious! Thick creamy mouth-feel, notes of melon, tropical fruit and candy. Very distinctive. Enjoyed with buffalo meat momo (Tibetan dumplings), short-rib noodle soup, hard-boiled quail eggs and Swiss emmentaler cheese. :-)
