A new favorite for me! I really enjoyed this. At first smell and light taste as I brought the glass to my mouth is strawberry. Then a slight moderate spice and quite dry. Enjoyed with Chinese dumplings, Chinese onion pancake, tamago sushi and gyoza. I had it chilled but might try warm too later.
