4.0 + Juicy bright fruits, ripe honeydew, pear, white grape, cherry and lychee. Heavy cream, apple, hibiscus and more pear. A dry, medicinal finish…..is that chloraseptic? Medium bodied, pretty balanced. I will be coming back to this one.

Fine bubbles when poured, like effervescence. Very juicy, with lots of green aromas. White grape, melon, pear, blueberries, overripe strawberries and whipped cream. Fresh, fruity, juicy, bright, but not thick. The palate continues with faint apple and pear notes, but is much more light and clean than the nose would suggest. Hints of rice flour. Acidity is refreshing, with a tingly faint umami at the end. Flavourful yet not heavy, this is dangerously easy drinking. 4.5/5, could do with +1% ABV.
