Fumigiku Sake Brewery in Toyama. Fumigiku brews sake throughout the year. The air-conditioning system allows for low-temperature control unaffected by outside temperatures, which allows for the same sake brewing and rice management as in winter, and allows for year-round fresh sake.

On the day I opened it, it didn't feel very boozy and was too sweet, but on the second and third days it started to feel more boozy and nice.
