It has been a long time since I have tasted Kine-no-Kawa.
I quite like "Tokusen Junmai Shine 60".
I have been drinking a lot of modern, fruity, umami-guchi type sake lately, so I was happy to find a sake that is refreshingly dry, but not too light and umami, which is typical of sake. It is also good as a food sake, and I never get tired of drinking it.
The gold lettering on the bottle makes me feel good...
