Would two bottles in a row make this a perverted drink? Again, I'm jumping to conclusions about this drink. I can't do it. As for the Luigi sake that comes to mind... I drank "Joubari Shirakami Yeast No.9" and "Tengu Mai *I forgot the specs*" a long time ago. The color is champagne gold. The aroma is like sweetened soy sauce, just before Shaoxing sake. By the way, I remember that Tengu Mai was really good, right? The attack of cold sake is bitter chocolate. But right after that, it's like swallowing brown sugar syrup. ......It's a dessert sake designed to be a more complex version of kijo-zake. But it is still drinkable when cold. Cold belt. The heavy, dry sweet bitterness of the rice clings to the oropharynx and keeps others away. The acidity is weak, just a light touch across the throat, giving the impression that the sweet and bitter tyranny is not fully suppressed. I really don't know if they were aiming for this flavor from the beginning or if they are just being old! Well, it is obvious that it has a matured taste. If I were to try it again, I would try heating it up at ...... (it probably has the quality of a sake that warms up). But unless there's something wrong with it, sake-run only wins when it's chilled or lower.
