This time, the popular "Junmai Ginjo Aizan Nama-zake" made from "Aizan," a popular sake rice in Hyogo Prefecture, is now in stock.
This year's sake features the lovely "strawberry" aroma produced by the Aiyama sake rice, lightly enhanced by the strength of the rice, which is typical of sake.
The final taste is refreshing with a bright acidity that is unique to the brewery.
