We always pass this shop on the way to the Tsuchida Sake Brewery. I went to the liquor store and happened to buy some of their products.
It was delicious.
It tasted like Tsuchida Shuzo's initials, F, but it wasn't very acidic.
This is one of its own. It's not too sour, but it's still good.
I rated it 3.4.
I would like to buy another sake from Otone Shuzo.
