This is "Rice and Ume" from the TAMESHI OKE series by Rice and Agave Co.
This sake is not as sweet as umeshu, but the flavor and tartness of ume can be tasted in good balance.
It is so delicious that the 500 ml bottle ran out in no time.
I wonder if I can get it again.
