A cup of sake purchased as a souvenir on a business trip to Kanagawa!
It's getting a little chilly, so I had oden as a side dish.
It's a raw sake, so it has a strong 20 degree Celsius taste,
It is easy to drink (^^)
I also tried it with oden soup stock.
The alcohol is softly mixed with the dashi broth.
