こーへいIt is a sake which was released in Kagoshima prefecture last summer.
The aroma is mild. The taste is not flashy, but it is sweet like honey and a little bit thick like a noble sake. It is sweet but the taste is light. We think no one can guess that it is made in Kagoshima prefecture. We think it is easy to drink even for women who are not good at sake.
