HIMURO DAIGINJO NAMA-SAKE This is a daiginjo-like sake, but it still has just a little bit of aroma, just a little bit of fruity taste, and is still a umami-nama-nama. But the basic taste is the taste of sake from this region. Even though it is a nama-shu, it has a dry and umami taste, and it is a very solid sake~.
