The mouthfeel is sweet, but as you hold it in your mouth, you get a pungent taste that makes you think it is carbonic acid. After finishing the drink, only the umami flavor remains in the mouth for a long time.
Since I bought it in a bottle, I need to put it in the fridge somehow💦 and enjoy it slowly.
