かうぽん
We drank it at a hotel in Kaike Onsen Hot Spring.
This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki from the foot of Mt.
It is a delicious sake with a slightly dry and refreshing taste. It was recommended to me by the hotel staff.
I was not familiar with this sake, but I am glad to have found a very good one.
I enjoyed it with freshly fried tempura.
