I feel so much in common with Gen no Taki 🤔.
It flows very nicely as well, and has a strong flavor profile: ⤴️
And it has a richer flavor than the Gohyakumangoku sakes I often drink 😌.
It goes so well with the ayu fish from the Jinzu River that I asked for 😆.

After this, we had a special junmai of Ariiso Akebono and I still felt a common denominator in the quality of the sake 😊.
