Naoesugi second bullet, I bought it as a drinking comparison. This one is Arashibari, but...
The mouthfeel is a faint sweetness of rice and a sweet aroma, and then the alcohol feeling comes, and it goes directly to the aftertaste. The aftertaste is the same, but the mouthfeel and the type of sweetness are different.
Once your palate gets used to the alcohol, you won't feel it as much, so this slightly sweet sake is very easy to drink.
Personally, if I had to choose between the Shiboritate and the Arashibari, I would definitely go with the Arashibari.
However, for those who prefer a stronger sweetness, the Shiboritate may be more delicious.
It doesn't seem that Dewa Sanzane makes the rice creamier or sweeter. I should have remembered that it was creamy at Yukinome-sha even though the rice was different. The difference of rice may not be enough to understand the taste.
