Shoshiki Shuzo is a unique sake brewery in Mizuguchi-cho, Shiga Prefecture. Like a noble sake, it is an extremely sweet "Monsoon" brewed with gin fuki snow, and it is also sweet and gorgeous. It has a sweet ministry and a fruitiness, but it is a little too sweet to be boring.
