Junmai Daiginjo
It has the moist and gentle sweetness of rice that only Junmai can provide, but it has a unique taste like old sake (a bit like Shaoxing wine) from the middle, so it may not be to everyone's taste. The aftertaste is dry, with a strong alcohol feeling.
