武侯祠
This was the first sake I drank at my favorite Kitajima. I bought it on a whim without looking at it properly, and found it to be a strong, cloudy sake. I was worried that it might not be good, as I have recently become averse to muddy sake, and I was not sure if I could enjoy it.
First, I drank the clear part without mixing it. It tastes good.
Next, I stirred it, and a lump of muddy water flowed into the glass. I thought this might be a dead end, but it was still impossible.
Tomorrow, I will try drinking it warm instead of cold.
