Purchased at the store attached to the brewery near the roadside station at Asagiri Kogen.
The price is a bit steep at 3,000 yen for a four-pack, but I was attracted by the premium feel of having the bottling done right in front of me.
The brewery uses its own yeast.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is refreshing and slightly acidic like white wine, and even though it is unfiltered, it is refreshing and easy to drink!
