RoyskiI say this on a shelf of a souvenir shop near Dogo Onsen. it caught my eye since I was in the mood for a nigori, and the way this looked while separated made it seem thick. As a bonus, it's from just down the street.
Wow this sake is thick. There is a lot of mouth feel from the rice particles, but in a pleasant way. It is very creamy. The sweetness isn't too strong and didn't linger. A heavy feeling easy to drink nigori. paired well with the salt and iyokan peel chocolate too.
