Purchased though Furusato Nozei. Rice is from my grandparents village near the brewery so I'm probably biased about the flavor!
Very clean with acidity balanced by slight bitterness as you swallow. Acidity calmed with some time in the glass. Really long aftertaste.
Nice and easy to drink.
