The taste is unique, with a good acidity as is typical of Nara sake, but with a moderate sweetness and a slight bitterness as an accent.
The aftertaste is long and dry for a Nara sake.
It is a new taste.
It can be served cold, but it tastes better cold or lukewarm.
The taste was a new sensation, with a stinging alcoholic stimulation, followed by a lingering umami taste on the tongue.
I guess you could say it was like being heated to the point of waking up.
It's a good thing.
I think it would also be delicious as fin sake.
