I got this sake on a business trip to Shizuoka, Kanamyo Limited Junmai Ginjo, and had it warmed up.
It was my first time to try Kinmyo. I paired it with a spicy Chinese dish, and the sweetness of the sake went well with the spice of the dish😋.
The restaurant we visited that day was a place to enjoy a combination of heated sake and Chinese food, and I really enjoyed it😊.
I really enjoyed it😊 Kanzake and Chinese food go well together. I think I'm going to be hooked👍.
