Kenrishi, which has an image of heated sake, is served cold. ☺️🍶
The yellowish hue of this mellow sake gives it a rich appearance.
It has more alcohol than when heated, and although it has a voluminous feel, it has a pleasant crispness.
I thought it would be best served hot with hot oden and warmed sake, but I think it can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures 🍶.
