It is a sake with full of habit, made with 90% polished rice and shochu koji (malted rice for shochu). To be honest, there are two types of people who like it and dislike it. But I like the fact that they are trying to compete head-on with the latest trends. I'm looking forward to the second day.

I left it at room temperature for a month after opening the bottle and it tastes so much better. It starts to mellow out after about the second week.
