rakuda
Kai no Kaiun Ginjo, 60% rice polishing ratio, 14-15% alcohol.
The nose has a top note of apple and some glue. The mouthfeel is smooth and clear, with a slight, weak sweetness gently lapping on the clear mineral water. The nose is almost insistent, with a light, slightly weak umami flavor while maintaining clarity, and a slightly weak acidity that spreads slowly and without corner. As you continue drinking, the glue-like topknot disappears and the soft sweetness becomes more assertive. A clear food sake that goes well with meals.
