I ran out of alcohol and had to rush to the local supermarket to buy some.
The price was cheap (less than 1,000 yen) and I did not expect much, but it was a little dry and surprisingly good as a food sake.
I was expecting a clearer taste since it is a junmai ginjo, but it has a subtle aroma of rice and a faint lingering taste.
However, as I drank it, I got the impression that it was a little peculiar in the mouth and in the aftertaste, and unfortunately, I think this area was not to my taste. ......
