At room temperature, it has a clean rice aroma, and the aroma disappears without leaving any residue.
The sweetness of the rice, which is felt through the aroma, is also felt, as well as a watery sweetness. There is almost no aftertaste, and the aftertaste is clean. Very easy to drink.
When lukewarm, the aroma has a slight acidity.
The taste is clear, with a slight tanginess at the mouth and down the throat.
I prefer it warmed!
