It took 1-2 minutes to open the bottle with a good amount of foaming. The sediment at the bottom seemed to stir on its own. Compared to Yamamoto's "Do", it was less cloudy and sweet. However, we were comparing the two differently. If you look at it coolly, the sweetness is moderate, the taste is thick, and at the same time, the strong gaseous sensation is appealing in a way that "Do" is not. It is wonderful!
