This junmai ginjo is made from 100% Yuki Sayaka rice produced by Kiyama Noen in Chonai-cho, Hokkaido, and 60% polished by Akita Seishu. It has a fresh mouthfeel with a slight effervescence and a pleasantly soothing acidity. It went well with chicken nanban.
