Slightly sweet and acidic in the mouth Dry and refreshing! As the temperature rises, the sweet and umami taste increases! And the fourth glass ←I didn't drink that much! Nanoha-san gave us a little bit of this! Tochikane Junmai Ginjo from Hakuso Shuzo! Junmai Ginjo made with "Strawberry Flower Yeast" which was isolated and developed from strawberry flowers.
