I bought this at Asagiri Kogen Roadside Station when I went back to my wife's grandmother's house for the New Year's holidays.
I cannot drink it because I have to drive, but my wife tasted it and thought it was the best.
It is a 720ml bottle, but I think it is about 740ml because they pour a lot of it.
I drank it by the glass and it was very fresh and had a great ginjo aroma, probably due to the above mentioned factors. It reminded me of the sake I had in the past at a nightcap party at Shikano Sake Brewery.
I paired it with oden at lunchtime, but when I opened the rest of the bottle at night, it seemed to have oxidized a bit. I felt the freshness of the sake was a little lessened.
However, it was not noticeable without comparison, and the sake was so good that I did not mind.
My wife and I finished it in one day. Thanks for the treat 😃.
