The aroma is a little light...?
It is dry and cuts into you quickly at first.
After that, the umami comes out slowly, and bitterness is felt at the end.
I think it goes well with cool spices (octagonal, five-spice powder, etc.).
I think they go well together.
Chinese food has a great taste, but I don't think it goes well with food where you can savor the ingredients.
By itself, it leaves a long, lingering, bitter taste in the mouth.
Personal Evaluation B
It has a long aftertaste and a strong alcohol taste, so I don't think it's an everyday wine, but it's a good summer freshly grated wine, so it's not a bad choice.
