Sato Shuzo is well known for its representative brand, Kohama.
When I climbed Mt. Ibuki, I bought this sake at a store in the parking lot as a commemorative gift.
Is it an unfiltered unpasteurized sake made from 60% Shiga Prefecture's sake rice, Ginbukietsu? 🤔.
It says so on the kiosk but not on the package😅.
Color → light kohaku color.
Aroma -> Pale cemedine aroma with a nice fragrance. I wonder if it's called that? I can't compare it to a fruit.
Taste →From the beginning to the end, there is a strong and lingering taste 🙄It's really delicious 😋.
