Shinkazu
If you are a Keiji Hana no Keiji fan, you can't help but buy it.
The words on the back of the box, "A real sake drinker can understand the other person's feelings as if they were in his or her hand," is a famous line from the Ryukyu Arc.
I know, I know, I know, this sake.
The Yonezawa domain where Keiji is said to have spent the rest of his life. It is meaningful that a sake brewery in that area produces this sake.
As for the taste, I honestly thought it was just a story. I had no expectations at all, but... it is delicious, just as it should be.
The first place of sake to drink while reading "Hana no Keiji" is confirmed here.
It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and mellowness, and is robust and drinkable. It is not sober and will not be popular with women, but it can be drunk in a relaxed manner.
I would not recommend this to anyone other than Keiji Hana no Keiji fans, but if you are a Keiji Hana no Keiji fan, buy it and drink it while reading. And drink it while reading.
