There is a select store in Umekoji Hakkosho, Kyoto, where I purchased it. It is a so-called craft saké brewery that makes a variety of saké, but there are no local stores that carry it, and this was the first time I saw it in person. It was more ordinary doburoku than I expected. I should have bought one with different ingredients, but I bought the cheapest one I could find. But I bought the cheapest one I could find, and it still cost over 3,000 yen for a four-pack. I have always thought that the Japanese translation of the word "kraft" is "expensive. In the past few years, craft sake has been popping up all over the country, and I can't help but feel that it is like a believer's business, where saké, beer, and whiskey are priced high enough to pay for themselves on a small scale, and a community is formed to do business with a highly conscious clientele. I am sure that I am not one of the target customers of this brewery, thinking that it is too expensive. 2057 including tax (480ml)
