Hitachiota Jizake Project.
The name of the sake is "Jizake," which is brewed by Hitachiota citizens who plant and harvest the Miyamanishiki rice produced in Hitachiota and brew it using the water of Hitachiota.
It was served cold and then at room temperature.
The sake was slightly dry but easy to drink and had a refreshing taste!
