The second day of the trip to Sado Island. To my delight, I caught the squid I had longed for. As soon as I caught it, I dipped it in broth and soy sauce, and tonight I had my dream of eating it with a glass of Oki zuke (fish marinated in soy sauce). It took a few hours for the flavor to soak in, so I ended up eating it with wasabi soy sauce, but it was delicious! The sake from Obata Sake Brewery is also delicious! It has a muscat-like aroma and an alcoholic aftertaste. I realized that Sado has great fish and great sake. Happiness😌.
