Not much aroma, but there is a greenness.
When you drink it, it is smooth and has a clean finish.
However, the green bitterness in the back does not disappear completely.
It's been a long time since I've had traditional sake, but since I didn't have to go out of my way to pick up the flavors, I was able to eat easily.
It was dry and tasty, but I personally thought that for $5,000 a bottle of daiginjo nama sake with no pressurization and a green tint, it might be nice to have a little more color in the taste 💡.
I thought 😎.
