We went on a three-day, two-night excursion to Ito at the request of our family, who wanted to relax in a hot spring after a long absence.
We had an original brand of sake, which is often found at hot spring resorts. It was a good old-fashioned honjozo sake, nothing to write home about 😅But with a rice polishing ratio of 65, it was still finished without any cloying taste.
I guess I usually drink too much good sake based on the people at Sake-no-Wa. LOL!
