The classification is liqueur, but the raw material is sake.
It is a ginjo-shu made from butterfly bees, a plant in the bean family, and has a beautiful blue color.
The taste is clear and dry. Almost like sake.
I drank it on the rocks, and it was not bad.
It may be a sake to be enjoyed by looking at it rather than tasting it.
I heard that adding citrus fruits such as lemon makes the color lighter, but there were no lemons.
As for the pairing, I thought it was a sweet sake, so I had prepared some lawson sweets to drink as an after-dinner drink. However, I decided against it because I thought it would never go well with it.
