The only sake brewery on Shodoshima, where there are many soy sauce breweries. The brewery moved from Takamatsu a few years ago, went bankrupt, and has been mysteriously expanding. The store has a great atmosphere, and when I tasted the sake, I found out that low alcohol is difficult to make because it is too oxidized. The sake here is expensive, but they let me try a few different kinds and I bought a bottle of 17% sake. I bought a 17% sake, made with Oceto Olive Yeast. It has a slightly different flavor and is delicious. Recommended. 1330 including tax (300ml)
