Next is a junmai ginjo with a wooden zodiac sign label by Yoshidamasa Shuzo, a brewery located closest to Mt. This sake is truly a New Year's celebration sake. The original label is said to be made using moku zogan, a wood inlay technique that uses natural wood to express paintings and designs. This is a slightly sweet, easy-drinking food sake. The aroma is not so noticeable. If I say it has no characteristics, that is probably what I mean, but I guess it has been made to have a refreshing taste with the underground water from Mt. Everyone had a great time because it was the first time in a long time to drink at a public gathering, but we ended the party after exactly two hours (laugh). Thank you for your hard work. m(_ _)m

I would like to go to Shizuoka. I would appreciate it if you could give me some recommendations on where to eat. I would be very happy.

Good evening, Mr. Jo! (-‿-) Sorry. I live in Iwate, so I don't know about stores in Shizuoka Prefecture. (^~^;) As I recall, it's sakura shrimp season from late March, so you should aim for that time. w

Was it Iwate? My nephew is in Morioka. He seems to be a member of the Sanda family, but I've never visited him.

Good evening, Mr. Crocodile! (≧▽≦) It's interesting to see the bunny 🐰 holding a bottle and dancing around with it. Sometimes, we buy something because of the label, don't we?

Hello, Jo-san! Are you the Mita family? Morioka Zaibatsu, right? Our chairman used to be in charge of gunpowder (blasting) a long time ago. (^o^)
