This is a light, dry sake brewed by a small sake brewery located on the banks of the Hiromi River, a tributary of the Shimanto River.
It is the most highly regarded sake in the Shimanto River system.
I wanted to drink it with natural eels from the Hiromi River.
but there was no way to get it.
I enjoyed it only with Kagoshima farmed eels.
I enjoyed it with a glass of Kagoshima farmed eels.
