ANTELOPE x haccoba Pink (pale) 2024✨
This is not a sake, but a collaboration between ANTELOPE, a mead brewer, and haccoba, a craft saké brewer, which has been on my mind lately 🤗.
When poured into a glass, the color is light red or yellow peach and the aroma is very nice and complex. The taste is also very delicious, like a soft vinegar of grape and apple vinegar, or a quirky taste like natural wine or orange wine, but also like a mixed juice with a bit of gas. It was very good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
