Shin-Yamaguchi 1)
Tomorrow I have to work in Shin-Yamaguchi, so I stayed the night before.
I decided to go to a restaurant I had never been to before, but it was closed.
So I went to the next restaurant, which was also new to me!
Oh, I didn't know what kind of sake they had! I didn't know about this sake!
Kahonosato
Sake made in Kagawa, Yamaguchi City, with rice (Yamadanishiki) from Kagawa, water, and a sake brewery (Kinko's Sake Brewery, which makes Yamato-nishiki), as well as to revitalize the town!
When you drink it, does it leave a slight sour taste on your tongue?
It's refreshing.
I guess it's dry, but a little soft?
Nice 😘
This restaurant has a lot of chicken dishes (and I ordered too many fried ones), so it might go well with them 😋.
